Does the free Bookingor plugin provide Google Calendar integration?
Bookingor Calendar Synchronization Features
I found that the free version of the Bookingor plugin includes Google Calendar integration. This functionality allows you to sync your WordPress bookings with your existing calendar accounts. You keep your schedule updated in real time, which helps you avoid conflicts when clients book services.
You can configure these settings within the plugin dashboard. I noticed that the setup process focuses on clear data flow between your WordPress environment and Google services. This direct connection removes the need for third-party bridges or extra subscriptions.
Best Small Business Scheduling
When you use this integration, your Google Calendar reflects new bookings immediately. You can also view existing Google Calendar events inside your Bookingor dashboard. This two-way communication builds a reliable schedule management system for your service business.
Here are the key features I identified for calendar management:
- Two-way Google Calendar synchronization
- Real-time conflict checking
- Automatic appointment updates
- Sync multiple staff calendars
- Support for recurring events
- Customizable buffer time settings
- Email notifications for calendar changes
- Mobile access via Google Calendar app
The integration provides a stable way to handle your time commitments. You eliminate manual entry errors by relying on automated sync processes. I recommend this plugin if you want a reliable tool for managing your daily appointments without hidden fees.
