Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Payments are non-refundable except as provided in our 14-day money-back guarantee for initial signups.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy, engage in fraudulent transactions, or compromise the stability of our platform.
