How Does Bookingor Handle Travel Agency Bookings?
Bookingor manages travel agency workflows through specific technical configurations tailored for WordPress sites. I found that this plugin transforms a standard WooCommerce store into a functional booking platform by utilizing custom post types for tours and activities. You can link your inventory to specific dates and time slots, ensuring that availability updates in real time. My research indicates that the plugin handles seasonal pricing models effectively, which allows you to adjust rates based on demand or specific periods. You can also define booking durations, ranging from hourly increments to multi-day packages. The system integrates directly with the WooCommerce checkout process, so your customers manage their payments within the native cart environment. I noted that you can create custom availability calendars to prevent overbooking, giving you full control over your capacity limits for each departure. Furthermore, the plugin supports metadata fields that capture passenger details, such as age ranges or specific accommodation preferences, during the checkout stage.
