Streamline Your Design Business with Bookingor for WordPress

Ever feel like your inbox is just an endless loop of back-and-forth emails trying to nail down a time for a client discovery call? You are not alone in that struggle. Managing appointments manually eats into your creative time, and frankly, nobody enjoys it.

Bookingor changes that dynamic by letting you handle scheduling directly on your WordPress site. It turns a chore into a background task so you can focus on building your design portfolio instead of staring at your calendar.

Bookingor Design Consultation Features

Core Scheduling Capabilities

You get full control over your availability settings. Setting your working hours ensures you only receive bookings when you are actually at your desk. It prevents those awkward double-bookings that make you look unorganized to a new lead.

• Sync your existing calendar to block off time automatically.
• Define custom appointment durations based on your consultation types.
• Embed professional booking forms anywhere on your site.
• Enable buffer times between meetings to take a quick breather.
• Configure automated email confirmations for you and your clients.

Client Interaction and Management

Managing the experience for your clients is just as important as managing your own time. The plugin lets you gather essential details before the call even begins, which helps you prepare and shows you mean business.

• Include custom intake fields to gather project specifics upfront.
• Set up appointment reminders to reduce no-show rates.
• Manage client notes within the plugin dashboard.
• Handle appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests without manual intervention.
• Personalize the booking interface to match your brand colors.

Whether you need to schedule quick creative reviews or hour-long project kickoff sessions, this plugin handles the heavy lifting. You define the rules, and it executes them consistently. It really does take the friction out of the entire onboarding process.
