The Plugin’s core functionality is available for free under the GPLv2 license. Users can download and use this version without charge.
1.3 Modifications and Redistributions
Under the GPLv2, you are permitted to modify, extend, and redistribute the Plugin as long as you comply with the terms of the GPLv2 license. However, redistributing the Plugin with modifications may require the entire version to be licensed under GPLv2.
2.1 Permitted Use
The Plugin is designed to facilitate booking and appointment management on WordPress websites. It should only be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2.2 Third-Party Integrations
Some Plugin features may rely on third-party services (e.g., https://ipinfo.io/json for country detection and intl-tel-input library for phone input functionality). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for any issues arising from their use.
2.3 Services and Add-ons
The Plugin allows users to create, manage, and display services that customers can book. Additional features, such as subcategories in services, buffer times, and location selection, are available and may require additional add-ons that incur separate charges. Access to these add-ons is governed by additional licenses and terms.
3.1 Annual Recurring Pricing
Bookingor is available on an annual subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each year at the then-current rate, unless canceled in accordance with these Terms. You will be notified of any price changes in advance, and you may cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date to avoid the charge.
3.2 Fees
Some features of the Plugin, including add-ons like service hours, subcategories, and additional templates, may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, with notice provided on our website or within the Plugin.
4.1 Updates
We may provide updates to enhance functionality, security, or performance. We encourage you to keep the Plugin updated to benefit from these improvements.
4.2 Support
Support is available for users who have purchased the Plugin or specific add-ons. Support includes assistance with installation, usage, and troubleshooting but excludes custom modifications or third-party issues.
The Plugin and all associated materials, including but not limited to the code, design, and documentation, remain the property of The Creative Next. However, under GPLv2, you are permitted to modify and share the Plugin code, provided that any distributed copies include the same GPLv2 license.
6.1 Compliance with Laws
You agree to use the Plugin in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to privacy laws and data protection regulations, such as GDPR.
6.2 Data Collection and Use
If you collect customer data using the Plugin, you are solely responsible for managing and securing that data. We are not liable for any data breaches or privacy violations resulting from your use of the Plugin.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Plugin. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Plugin.
We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the Plugin at any time if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Plugin and destroy any copies in your possession.
